  • Where can I find my order number?
    You will find an order confirmation via email as soon as you place an order in our website.
  • Where can I cancel or modify an order?
    If you place an order and later change your mind, contact us directly via phone +41 76 814 42 42 or email hello@amatoca.com inmediatly. If we haven't processed your order (is not packaged yet) we can cancel it or modify it. However, if you receive a tracking number via email, it means that your order is on its way and we can't cancel or modify it.
  • What is the shipping process after I place an order?
    When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It takes us 1 - 2 working days to package your order. Once we place your package for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the estimated delivery date and a tracking number. You will be able to track your package 24hrs after receiving this email (or as soon as the system is updated).
